New Beginnings Residential Housing for Homeless Veterans provides housing opportunities for veterans that are unable to locate safe housing accommodations. Every applicant is required to meet with representatives of our organization in order to complete a brief evaluation prior to admittance into our program. This meeting provides potential residents with the opportunity to discuss their current housing situation and for our staff members to determine if the organization is a proper match for their life skills development needs. Staff members will take into consideration the motivation, attitude, and willingness to follow expectations when selecting our residents.
After the enrollment process has been completed, our residents are registered in life skills development programs that are offered by our representatives, outside community programs, and government agencies. Our clients may be enrolled in vocational training classes, counseling programs, nursing and clinical services, and medical supervision. The individualized action plan created for each resident will be based upon their needs and personal goals. Each resident will also be provided with the basic needs required to live a healthy lifestyle. Our organization’s objectives are accomplished by an implementation of stimulating activities and materials that are organized around a well-developed prospectus.
